The reason for this blog is to pretty much get myself through the adjustments and ups and downs of arthritis. Based on that I'm going to record my own daily check on certain things that are pivotal to my mindset/mental adjustment living with this condition. So at the bottom of each post now I shall add a short checklist, if anyone wishes to join in, make suggestions and/or make any other constructive comments please feel free.
